Unfinished Business

Pullup Cords: Vic was getting little response from Roger. So he purchased a stamp and ink and ribbon and made them himself. He made 25 doz and submitted a bill for $100.00 for materials. He donated his time.

Food Drive: Vic delivered the donated food to the food bank.

50th party: A committee was formed with Bryan as chair. CJ, April, Bill and Tom volunteered to help. Tyson suggested that instead of raffling off 50 jumps, we set a dollar amount to be raffled.

By laws: Not ready for this month, committee is meeting Feb 8th.

Events:
March 12th: Safety Day
May 7: Al Zilk
May 29th: Green Meet
June 11th: Hit and Rock
Dive Dollars: April is chairing the committee to select events. If you have an idea of an event to attend and distribute the cards, let April know.

Community discounts: Elaine is still working on getting some local businesses to participate.

Club Projects:
The "Blue Box" is ready for some donations of games. Then the club will look at what was donated and decide if anything additional should be bought.

Tyson is generating a wish list of projects for us to look over and decide.

New Business

The Events committee is looking for ideas other than RW.

Tyson is willing to offer CRW coaching one on one. It will be posted in the newsletter.

Safety Day: Needs to be started but Charlie is out of town. The plan is pretty much as last year, following the USPA outline. We need products or services donated for a raffle. Everyone should promote this even to new students. USPA has an award for a person in each DZ who promotes safety. Tyson is collecting. Dave C wants to hold a pancake feed on Safety Day. Any volunteers?? The club will provide pizza for lunch again.

Announcements

Bryan needs photos for the web site.

Feb 19th: Seattle Skydivers Day at the DZ. Elaine will coordinate the potluck.

Feb 18th - 21st: Escape to Elsinore. Great package deal for club members! Deb has registration forms and there are still some slots available. Registration closes Jan 31st!

Feb 25th: SIS meeting at 6:30, or pretty much whenever.

Feb 26th: RW coaching with Vengeance.

March 4th: Next Seattle Skydivers Meeting.
