Holiday Party

• Elaine will hopefully have a list of possible dates at the membership meeting.
• Bill Kelly suggested we ask Jessie Farrington to hand out USPA awards. She will not be available from Dec 2 -10.
• We are thinking of using the same caterers as last year and also looking at the caterers that Pennie and Kelly used for their wedding.

Seattle Skydivers Awards

• Deb will send out an email soon.
• Our web page has a polling option that could be used for nominations and for the voting. Deb will get with Bryan about it.

Elections

• Lots of seats will need to be filled this year
• he web page polling could be used for this also. It would keep it completely anonymous.
• Need to get a committee at the membership meeting

Activities

• Deb will coordinate an Escape to Elsinore again if folks are interested
• Charlie would like to see a ski trip this winter

Holiday giving

• Sis is sponsoring 2 families at Christmas, maybe we could do something along with them instead of a separate food drive.

End of season video

• Everyone is encourage to get footage to Kelly Craig or Scott Watkins. They would like it in a "best of the year" format.

T-shirt order

• Still need an inventory of what we have left.

General membership meeting is this Friday, Oct 7th at Todo Mexico. New time: 7:00
