Safety
- CJ reminded us that its time to dress warmer for the temps at altitude. See her tips on the e-group.
- Deb reported that before a jump she thought that her brake line looked a bit odd, but was in a hurry and jumped it anyway. It opened with the brake line in a knot around the stow ring and she could not get it loose. She grabbed the line above the stow and landed it just fine that way. She wants everyone to be sure and double check their gear, especially if anything looks unusual.
- Charlie talked to us about the recent AAD firings happening at low altitudes due to fast canopy speeds. If you are going to be swooping or doing any maneuver below 750 feet that will increase your speed, leave your AAD OFF!
Meeting adjourned
